Terms Of Service

General

  • By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service. Failure to acknowledge these rules will void the contract/transaction and/or grant blacklisting for future commissions. I can blacklist a commissioner if I so choose, and I am not obligated to give any reason. If I blacklist a commissioner while I am in the middle of working with them, a refund will be issued, all work will be deleted, and I will cut all communication.

  • At a commissioner's request, their requested commission and/or their identity to remain private will be honored. Otherwise, I have the right to post and use the artwork as I see fit (mainly as examples for commissions) and may be streamed live (Twitch.tv/Fancylamb)

  • Commissioners are allowed to request updates/WIP images.

  • STYLE MAY CHANGE SLIGHTLY WITH ART IMPROVEMENTS! I do not receive a lot of commission work, so things may vary drastically but in a good way <3

  • Watermarks are permanent. They will not be removed upon request.

  • There will be no shipping. Only digital copies of the artwork will be given.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I retain rights to all works I create in any form.The commissioner retains the rights to their respective original characters/designs.If requesting a commission of another's original character/design, you must have permission by the creator. By accepting this TOS, you confirm that you have received legal permission.If requesting a commission of a copyrighted character/design, please make sure you have permission by the creator. By accepting this TOS, you confirm that you have received legal permission.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are ONLY given if failure to complete in a timely manner.

  • OR I no longer feel comfortable completing your commission.

PAYMENTS

  • Payments must be made upfront before I start working on anything, NO PAYMENT PLANS

Revisions

  • Art that is not a "Surprise me" Will have 3 revisions granted to you,

  • (1) During the Sketch, Major changes to the pose and composition can be made here.

  • (1) During the Lineart/Flats, Minor changes to coloring and fixes can be made here.

  • (1) During the Final render, only mistakes can be fixed during this.

  • DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Turnaround is generally fast, but due to working a full-time job, my speed isn't guaranteed.

  • A month is the maximum it will take to complete your commission; 3 months for emotes. any longer than that, and a refund can be given.

USE

  • You may:

  • Use the work to customize your preferred platform (PFPs, Banners, emotes, stickers in discord, etc.)Repost on preferred platforms (Twitter, Tumblr, Bsky, Discord, etc.) but please credit me.Use as a gift (encouraged), but please credit me.

  • You may NOT:

  • Please do not use AI to colour/recolour/tamper/adjust/edit any commission.Please do not feed any commission from me to any AI bot. NOT for AI use.Clients/commissioners do not have the right to mint/sell the commissions, including as NFTs.

  • All payments are made upfront, IN USD USING PAYPAL

  • Refunds are ONLY accepted if you have not received the finished art within 14 business days upon sending payment

  • 3 revisions are included. The revisions are available during the Sketch, Flats, and Finished product stages
